About the charging cable

• At present, the product is in the first stage of sales, so we only equipped with a power input charging cable, which is 39.37 inches long and the model is Micro A-Type C.

Now, in order to make the product work better. we recommends that you use QC3.0 or PD 18W (or ≥18W) adapter.
Notice :

1. It is not possible to connect to a computer or computer host for charging.
2. The wireless charging has FOD function, please refer to the figure below to complete the removal of foreign objects before charging.
3. Wireless charging does not support otter box case or phone cases similar to otter box case.
4. The charging jack is not waterproof. Please keep the charging port away from the water cup and away from sharp knives.
5. During the charging process, the charging temperature is consistent with the room temperature, which is a normal charging phenomenon and not damage your phone battery.
6. It is an abnormal phenomenon to make a sound of electric current or fail to work when working! You can be replaced free of charge.
